Tsunade got her chakra back because of Dan , Kakashi , Gai & the rest of the SA got it back because of the cloak , without the cloak I don't see how Sakura or anybody else can even fight , specially without any reserves or chakra left.

It's weird that this thread appears with a scan with something said before Sakura activated the byakugou seal.

She used the seal two, and Tsunade said 'Two byakugou users should be able to summon 1/10 of katsuya'. I'm pretty sure she could use the fully activated jutsu if she wanted, just like she used remote healing after just getting the seal.

she's been working on base aside from her katsuya related affairs. IDK how big the pool of the seal is but initially if it's empty it would disappear. Until chakra starts to slowly build back. I believe theres a slight error in the translations.

The fact Tsunade still is looking young is enough to know the seal is still sustaining her. I believe they still have reserves in their seals. I would have hoped they would put it to more use offensively. We'll have to see where kishi is going with this who 'everyone is running out of chakra'

Thanks for sharing this, now that you mention it. I wonder what makes Sakura special now... Well its early to say that she is a fodder coz compare to Tenten, she is more useful, xD Just kidding. I like both of them.

Nonetheless, Chiyo said she's as good as hell like the 5th. The latest chapter kinda reminds me of Chuunin exam wherein Sakura is the only one whose awake as Sasuke and Naruto were badly beaten.

This time maybe we will see how Sakura will gonna surpass her master like Naruto and Sasuke. (Wishful thinking haha!)

Kishi may do something unpredictable again as to how Sakura will gonna come up an idea to save her team.

All I can say is that Sakura must have her own unique power up and not just a copycat of her master.

The thing is Sakura mastered the seal several chapters after Tsunade said that. So, if Sakura is able to use Byakugou No Jutsu now, what Tsunade said back then wasn't wrong in that context.
