This shows that it takes time to create a seal that has enough chakra in it. Remember tho, her seal was visible because she is using it to look younger.

Next time we see her use it in Pain arc, and she is fully charged back by the time War starts which is maybe 2-3 weeks later.

I am thinking that filling the seal with chakra for the first time is like making a tunnel, you have to make your way through. But once the tunnel is finished there is no need for that, you just go right through it which is a lot faster.

Sakura is pretty good with chakra control, and is skilled. Even Shizune can't do the things Sakura can do.

In the Pain Arc ones She came out of Her Comma Tsunade had to pig out to regain enough chakra before storing extra chakra, so on the safe side lets say a few days of eating,sleeping and drinking before your 100% back to Normal,Sakura not needing to stay young at 16 still if She uses a ton of store chakra would still need days of eating drinking and resting to be fully chakra charge. using up chakra is still using up chakra.

Tsunade is a Senju and an Uzumaki that's why she can fill up the seal a lot quicker; Sakura is not.

It's not a senju technique. It's uzumaki sealing. It doesn't have to be full to reappear.

Literally right after it's use the seal reforms to begin storing chakra again. That is how the seal works once you create it. Which Sakura has done now.
