First of all, Madara probably aimed at Sakura, who is about to destroy his precious Rinnegan, thats only logical. Secondly, Sakura might be hurt, but she wont be killed. Kishimoto is not going to kill the main heroine.

Anything can happen when it comes to Kishi. For all we know Sasuke could suddenly use kamui and follow Madara, BZ could suddenly turn on Madara, or Obito and Sakura might successfully delay him until help arrives. Usually when a character dies it's in the chapter not right at the end. The suspense leads me to believe something will change the fates in favor of the duo.

Nope she'll regerate , if it tries to effect her chakra her chakra control will be too great to be suppressed or over powered by anyone

It does not worked in Madras´s case, because if she get wounded Madara can control her chakra.

My thoughts are you guys try to hard to kill her. You're powerless, it's all in the hands of the author and a death as simple as that for a main character wouldn't happen and if it did it would not be permanent, like naruto sasuke and kakashi.
