Guruguru wins.
He was about to end up the lives of four kages plus several thousands of shinobi if it wasn't for Hiruzen. Sakura doesn't bring anything better to the table that suggests she can even put up a fight.
However, she could beat both separately at the same time with no more than mid difficulties U_U

Sakura was able to react and dodge something that naruto and sasuke said was too fast

She was able to react to acid that came out of nowhere instantly

She can easily react to anything Yamato throws at her.
4 kages who had no chakra. Ay didn't even had ration cloak on, mei's justus weren't working and onnoki was just standing there.
Hirzuen was the only one who could do something because he had chakra. Sakura/tsunade weren't even fighting they were support.
And all those ninjas had no chakra

Guruguru wins. By portrayal and feats. He was beating 4 kages without too much struggle. On top of having Buddha he should logically posses all Zetsu abilities incliving spores. Sakura stands no chance.

Portrayal is one thing facts are another thing.
Sakura was portrayed to be on ems sasuke and kcm naruto level. Is this true?

Onnoki - standing there doing nothing
Mei - Justus weren't working/ running out of chakra
Ay - no ration cloak
Tsunade - not fighting
Everyone chakra was almost gone

Which is exactly why shikamaru said hirzuen can do something, because he had chakra.

Instead of saying portrayal explain how he wins. Because the way I see it, he looses.

If all it took was one punch, how in the world was it not destroyed until after a long time had transpired? Not to mention how does Sakura get close when it can use any combination of the five elements to keep her at bay? Not to mention Yamato can alter the battlefield making it hard for Sakura to approach, dodge attacks and possibly restrain her as well.
Reacting is one thing but neither attack has the AoE that allows Sakura the feat of dodging all those elements whose combined AoE is much larger than any attack Sakura has dodged in the manga. 5 Raiton spears shot at the same time are going to obliterate Sakura. All that doton is going to send her flying and crush her, allowing Spiral Zetsu to finish her off with raiton.
They were support because their abilities were useless in the face of Spiral Zetsu. If they were strong enough to take him on, they'd have done so and spared the alliance from their trouble.
