But summoning Katsuya would be a problem for Zabuza. Very huge and can recover Sakura while boosting her strength and stamina up, but Zabuza i mean what can that guy do to her? The only way for him to win is to strike her before she do something great like super strength.

The plan was so great that not even Kakashi knew what was going on. He expressed it. I even made a thread on it. Oh and there's something called plot no jutsu, u know, with the main character and all and if Zabuza won the series would be over...

If Sakura goes on Katsuyu to avoid Zabuza, I mean, look at the height of Zabuza's Water Dragon Jutsu. That height is roughly as tall as Katsuyu, just compare Kakashi to how high the dragon is. That Water Dragon will surely be able to knock Sakura off of Katsuyu and into the mist. Then it's all Silent Killing for Zabuza to take her out.

Edit; addition: I honestly love Zabuza one of my all time favs; but that guy was made to get owned. Silent killing super troublesome, but Sakura is perfectly familiar with it by now and comes up with a counter to it.

The shockwaves from her punches might not be able to clear up the entir mist, but it would pretty much blow away the mist around her.
Regardeless, there's nothing he can do to possibly stand up to Katsuyu (if it comes to that).
To me, the issue is whether she has a good enough reaction time. If part 1 Kakashi could react faster, then Part 2 Sakura could very possibly do the same thing. Byakagou is the tipping point for me, not Katsuyu
