Not in every aspect. Sakura is more intelligent and more analytic. Zabuza isn't famous for his intelligence.

Everything other than intelligence.....he still has the edge, especially with experience

And how is he supposed to accomplish that when she's at the top of Katsuyu's head which he needs to climb if he wants to attack her?
That would reveal his position, therefore is not an option. Katsuyu can also have one mini absorb Sakura and have hundreds of others scouting the area.
You act like the mist has paralysing properties. Any giant summon can render it useless.

I mean I already explained this to you....he could use Water Dragon Jutsu which is roughly the same height as Katsuyu and is a long range accurate Suiton. This jutsu can at least knock off Sakura from Katsuyu. Or, Zabuza could send Water Clones up Katsuyu, but Water Dragon would be far more likely. So his position would still be safe and Sakura will fall in the mist, allowing Zabuza to silent kill her.

You also assume Sakura will even have the time to summon Katsuyu when Zabuza is much faster than her.

Actually explosions don't blow away mist. It was shown that Jinpachi's sword, The Splat using many explosions and the mist is fine, sorry buddy.

So, the mist will still be up so Zabuza will take this
