I doubt that was Katsuya Sakura summon.especially, since Katsuya is with tsunade and naruto summon gamakichi and not gamabunta while sasuke summon a totally new snake.as for who would win, Sakura would have the clear advantage because zabuza hidden mist Jutsu isn't going to cover the top of Sakura new slug summoning.with Sakura healing power she isn't going to die from just being stabbed or slice.and on top of that, her evasiveness is going to make it hard for zabuza to land an attack on her.top that off with her superior intelligence and her analytical which is better than most joining and this seem like a clear victory for Sakura.zabuza is tough, but after fighting sasori, an s class shinobi, and showing such an array of battle smarts, quick thinking and strategizing, and evasiveness that both Chiyo and sasori himself were impress with, I can't see her losing to a zabuza

Sakura, the air impact from Sakura's punch is more than enough to send the mist away. With her slug he would have a hard time getting close to her. With her evasiveness he would have a hard time hitting her.

I think Zabuza takes this. Even if she summons the slug, he can always just get on top of it and use his mist there. She has no counter to his mist. She isn't surviving getting her head cut off.
