Both of them are equal match ups as even when Katsuyu is restricted, so is Kamatari.

Scenario 1: Temari obviousley has this one. Temari knows about Sakura's strength, so she swings her fan to oneshot her.
Scenario 2 : Well Sakura is intelligent, so she would summon Katsuyu as the battle begins. I don't see her losing with a Bijuu sized, immortal slug on her side.

scenario 1: Temari low-mid diff at most; Sakura's greatest advance is restricted; Temari is already a bad matchup open field would make it easier.
scenario 2: Temari high diff; Katsuyu is an advance; but Temari's tech and skills are still a bad matchup to her. But this can go to Sakura too; i still lean into Teamri though...

would pose a significant threat to temari. However, Temari should be smart enough to keep the fight at a distance, and her wind would keep forcing Sakura to retreat and recover. In scenario 2, Sakura has more backup with Katsuyu and would probably win because of that. Even if Kamatari tries to slice them up, Katsuyu can simply split up, and Sakura may be able to intercept Kamatari and smash it. Kinda like what she did

How exactly does Sakura intercept Kamatari? She'll have to be close to Temari to do so and even still, the winds created by Kamatari would slice Sakura in half if she ever attempted to come near it.

Kamatari has smaller blades that float along with it so it would be harder than I thought for Sakura to stop that thing. Her best bet is

When Temari uses Kiri Kiri Mae, Kamatari doesn't actually travel the entire distance. It just travels around her, producing a huge gust of slicing winds cutting away at everything outside the focal point where Kamatari moves around.

Acid has a nice vertical range so while Temari uses Kiri kiri mae, I guess she could be defenceless because KKM doesn't have a long vertical height.

Sakura need to show the creation rebirth technique to beat Temari alone, she had just tank her attack, possible encrease her speed to greater feats (as she did in her fight with Ino) and then punch Temari.

But Senario 1: Temari high diffculty, Sakura will be a pain in the ass and not die, she'd keep healing herself
Senario 2: Katsuyu solo, and Temari is never seen again.

Where does it say that? I only recall temari using Kiri Kiri Mai once, so we don't have much to judge it on besides its destructive capacity.

Yeah I believe the acid would make it difficult for Temari while Kamatari is out simply because of the range it can cover.

The way the jutsu works, that is the only possible way of it going in 360 degrees. If Kamatari actually travels to every single point that gets sliced, how does it attack in all directions?

That makes sense. Either way though, that acid would be the best way for Sakura to deal with Kamatari imo.

Well I think Temari wins scenario 1 mid difficulty.

Sakura wins scenario two high difficulty.

S1- Temari mid difficultly.Her moves can be abused so much its not even funny, its on an open field as well making it even more of a hassle.Sakura's seal can heal but she isn't like Tsunade who can store 2 weeks worth of chakra which exceed Sakura's pathetic 3 year storage.

S2- Sakura high difficulty if IC Sakura summons from the get go she can take it if not then she loses.
