2. waqtergun is an extreme close/point blank range jutsu if ts to be used w/ any lethality

His drowning technique only has a feat against a crazy Jugo who was hardly thinking.

Sakura has shown the ability to hold and move water around with her hand. She was able to hold her breathe long enough to think about making an explosive tag go off to get away from poison. She was also able to heal a wound with just her body with a poisonous sword in her.
