That works for Kurenai for Itachi's genjutsu but it won't for Tayuya's because sakura will be paralyzed.

Katsuyu eat the spider guy, but she just uses the acid on him while Sakura punches the ground to disorientate him..

The Fat one, A battle of brawls but Sakura is smarter so she wins mid diff

And the two headed one is the problem for her, She summon Katsus and then sinks inside of her ans Katsuyu uses her acid to kill him.

The spider guy
Katsuyu can solo him, a giant slug vs a spider. Really, Sakura isn't as restricted as neji was either. She can punch the ground to throw him off balance and he has no tree to hide in or anything.

The fat one.
It's basically Sakura vs Choji (but Choji is stronger than this guy now), she can defeat him mid diffculty, and kill him before he even has the chance to summon that pillar thingy.

The two head one
Sakura and Katsuyu will burn him with acid because she doesn't have any use for engaging in physical combat with him. And if worst comes to wrost Sakura staps the head and heals herself, she has the will power and skill look at Sasori fight.
