Sasuke does have the 3 tomoe sharingan and he is probably slightly faster than Sakura so he will have an advantage to some extent but Sakura is probably the better combatant considering her chakra control, stamina and intelligence should be far above part 1 Sasuke who could barely use chidori without getting tired.

You gave Sakura full knowledge while Sasuke gets none, it is a pretty one sided stomp because knowledge is very important when two evenly matched shinobi fight. Sasuke should be able to beat Sakura with access to CS2 since he gains flight and even more power so his katons and chidori will be even deadlier. Sakura can dodge basic fire balls but Sasuke could light this forest up creating smoke and then following up with his shuriken skills.

With drunked Lee's help who could confuse the sharingan with his unpredictable taijutsu, I see Sakura and Lee winning with low-mid difficulty.

Anyway Sakura by herself even if her moves are easily readable by the sharinan is still a significant threat due to her being able to throw Sasuke off balance and because of traps such as sleeping gas bombs and poisoned kunais. Sasuke is no slouch in traps either as he can trap Sakura with wires and then burn her with a katon.

All in all Sakura beats 3 tomoe Sasuke high difficulty but CS2 Sasuke beats her mid-high difficulty.

i put this fight in sakuras favor. even if i said manga knowledge he wouldn't know about sakuras strength. BUT he can see chakra with his shardigan and once he sees the chakra built up in her hand he will act accordingly.
her sloppy fighting style doesn't help either. shardingan precog and he sees her punches b4 she swings.

sasuke takes this. in senario two if lee is drunk his unpredictability plus sasuke's rash actions(blood lust) can lead sasuke to get his ass handed to him. HOWEVER!! drunk lee attacks anyone and might hurt sakura.
