Even if she could, Sakura is -not- a senju. Her chakra is average at best.

Sakura hasn't quite surpassed Tsunade yet. She's still a little weaker and Base Naruto can summon Fukasaku and Shima. So yeah he can beat Tsunade. Toad Genjutsu FTW!
