She actually analysed Sasori's movement pretty quickly. Chiyo had no time to give her Intel so your wrong.

Firstly, if she gets "pierced" Byakugo repairs the damage seeing Needles aren't going to create gaping holes in her body.
Secondly, why didn't Hiruko "explode into a thousand needles" back in Part 2?

If these are the antidotes used in the manga, they both last for three minutes; giving her a total of six minutes of invulnerability.

Sakura would've been dead already without Chiyo. Everyone underestimates how much she helped. + Sasori lost his bloodlust when Chiyo reminded him of his parents and didn't even dodge that last attack.

No, well maybe her reaction feats are still not that great..and she got out right blitzed by the smaller, much faster variants before...then there is the fact that Sasori's not going to fall for the same trick if they both have intel from before. But that helps Sakura as well

Sakura has much better reactions than she had in that battle.

OT: With antidotes, poison becomes a non factor and quite franky, iron sand will only be able to graze Sakura so Sasori's offence isn't putting Sakura down. Sakura's AoE punches wreck Sasori's puppets. Katsuyu towers over Sasori and his entire arsenal. I think Sakura wins low difficulty honestly.
