She would have to be caught in rotation. Neji's style is nothing new to konoha.. has been there since Tsunade's time, even then it wasn't hailed above Tsunade's combat skills. And surely tsunade has taught Sakura how to deal with this style, since she has been teaching her how to fight. . On top of that you are adding in poison to the match up.

Neji is faster.. hmm i can see that. But he also has shown that slow speed in combat also.

That's essentially the same as saying FTG doesn't require any chakra and all summoning jutsu needs is blood. They're seals, they require chakra.

FTG hasn't always been used with hand seals. It's been said, the basics of Ninjutsu all stem from Chakra. Stop clinging on to this fantasy of the seal not requiring chakra.
