Why did Tsunade's Byakugo run out then? False. Sakura isn't keeping it active all through and it would eventually run out while Vacuum palm keeps sending her flying.

Because she has run out of chakra? Healing and refilling 3 of the Kages, healing herself multiple times and boosting Onoki's jinton took out too much from her. And let's not forget about the fact that she had only ~ two weeks to refill her seal, whereas Sakura had 3 years to do it.
With her chakra reserves outlasting Neji should be fairly easy. If a little girl like Hinata- with no regeneration and notable durability- was able to survive several pokes to her body and internal organs before collapsing, then I simply can't imagine a scenario where Neji can defeat someone with regeneration. Let alone with one hit as you said.

She never received several pokes to her body and internal organs as the attacks on her tenketsu were not even felt by hinata,but a direct hit on her organs were obviously felt
A bloodlusted neji is as dangerous as u can get in CQC,killing hinata and naruto wouldve been like killin ants.

U are wrong about it bein the first stage of kaiten as both are diff.
Full body blow is able to violently blast away anything in CQC and gives major damage.
The "Gentle palm" on the otherhand is a large focused burst of chakra in the palm that will obviously hav a more violent effect compaired to a full body blow as all that chakra is focused into sakura's brain. unless u think cant focus large chakra out the hands/body for stronger results?
There is no improved version of Juuken that Neji has showed us, just the regular one shot from all his chakra openings.
Anyway, Juuken has never been used, or hyped to be used to pump up the opponent with chakra, nor the Information we have of it state so. I already said this at least four times, you should stop.
For the record, NAruto was already striked in the brain with Juuken:
Attacking the tenketsu is not the same as attacking organs directly as the pokes on the tenketsu can even go unnoticed

Why cant neji who is a master of chakra control simply add more chakra into his juuken?..he uses a nice amount for kaiten so why cant he add more to his hands for greater effect like with the spider?
He never had to do this against humans but in sakura's case its different..

If sakura is gonna hit the kaiten with a focused burst of chakra in her arm,then why would the chakra not be knocked back at the only place it can, the arm?

Why do you change the direction of this discussion so easily? I mean... What does this particular issue change exactly? Part 1 Naruto can't hit as hard as Sakura, it doesn't matter which is the cloak.
But it was his worst cloak ever anyway... When he turns into the beast he becomes by borrowing too much chakra from the Kyuubi, he can use many other powers, such an aura that knocks back people and has long chakra arms. Also the cloak seems denser, has a different form and has a tail as well.
The one against Orochimaru was weaker, yes, but that is not even a cloak Lol... And in both times Naruto kept his personality:

The cloak was denser and had a different form, It also had a tail and the ability to extend it's arms and expand it's aura in a defensive way. Only these reasons proves to be more powerful. But Naruto was different too, he had red eyes, marks in his face, claws, fangs and no control over his body.

Uh this is about chakra control? Sakura happen to be best than any other K11 member on it, except maybe the God Tier. So, with your logic anyone with good chakra control anyone should be able to to perform whatever far fetched Jutsu you want to invent.
FTR, you are yet to prove that the spider exploded because of Neji's pumping it with chakra. What I can see, is that he hit it with Juuken, probably in a vital spot since they can see it with Juuken, and the Spider exploded with webs, like Kidoumaru planned to. The difference is that my theory is supported by the manga and Databooks, yours just don't.
Shutting down the network repeatedly is something I have never argued, Sakura gets outclassed in CQC by Neji, even she healed that I think she would get her chakra disrupted and several internal injuries every time she heals.
That stupidity at striking the brain is absurd, no Hyuuga have ever damage the targets brain, not even one time. If they could do that, they would have done it before, Kishi had more than one time to show it, but no, they choose to hit other spots, seal the target's chakra, etc... Forest of death was not too far from the finals so i used that occasion to compair the two modes..
The KN0 used against sasuke was done by a stronger,more experienced naruto and it still had his personality,There is no reason to think that the kcm could not replicate all those feats of kn0 if done by the same naruto at VOTE,not 1 tails.
Naruto shouldn't have moved because he was drained and battered,will of fire made him move.

Juuken uses chakra to invade nd destroy,adding more chakra to invade should increase destruction,
Also naruto never simply stomped the ground,his kcm was intensified by the will to prove neji wrong
Which resulted in a much stronger cloak as u can cleary see.
And if kaiten is stated to knock "away" chakra,
Then why wouldn't it not knock "away" sakura's focused burst of chakra in the hands right back at the hands since it will obviously connect with the revolution and would be the only place for the focused burst to go to?..
