Hm, Rotation to my knowledge does not throw chakra back at the attacker. It just tosses said attacker away. Saying Rotation will kill Sakura is just silly. If anything, it's just a minor nuisance, Sakura will only fall for it once before she comes up with a counter. Neji also cannot spin forever, shown when he was eventually overwhelmed by the Juubi.

As for Neji's intelligence, Neji himself would most likely prefer to stay away from her... assuming this is in character.

All it took was one stage 1 chakra shield to blast away kurama's chakra and deal damage to naruto as ten ten explained wat had happend..If a incomplete rotation can blast away kurama's much stronger/potent chakra,It can blast away sakura's burst of CES chakra back at her hands/feet which will cause massive damage to the area,and probably even kill hrr as she has no chakra armour to defend against this ultimate defence

as you can see in naruto's case,when he got only the first stage of rotation complete,he could knock away all kurama's chakra off naruto,while when it was used against base naruto,no chakra it logically only knocked him away

Yes as the rotation was not complete,it went up against kurama's chakra and it was at only stage 1..A full rotation can intercept juubi spikes who sakura herself failed to do,which means he will start a full spin at the right right time when sakura connects with her burst which would give neji zero damage..Stamina does not matter as neji will not waste chakra and lee who does 20000 push ups for fun and is a speedster is also neji's rival..This is a 1 VS 1 where sakura is outclassed in skill/perception/speed/ experience/rank/genious/speed/reaction/awareness/striking speed/ defence and more.

Only if against kid neji lol..As i said,if sakura goes on the offensive and hits neji's rotation even once,her hands/feet will burst back the chakra of her CES which will cripple her and neji can then use his faster speed to take advantage of this interval to kill her if she isn't already dead from her own CES as sakura does not have the speed of lee and will find it a pain to hit neji in any given scenario while neji can solo strike three kismae clones in the same time it takes for 6th gated guy to blitz .which is dame fast for a jonin
