All you need is strong external chakra source to forcefully open the closed seals. The massive amount of chakra stored in Sakura's seal can easily open her close chakra points, just like the Kyuubi's chakra did to Naruto.

I thought that Naruto have two types of chakra, Naruto use Kyuubi's chakra which is one of naruto's two types chakra. you need other chakra type to open closed tenketsu points. Sakura has one type chakra so she couldn't open these tenketsu points..Right?

Seals can be used in various of means; f.e. RDS uses life force by sucking the soul, life force and ultimately chakra of the user. Another like Chibaku Tensei, is used with unknown means. It's looks and shape resembles Bijuu Dama, but I doubt it's it. Curse Mark uses conscience, meaning soul and Senjutsu. Dark Sealing Method uses blood and contract. The method to store the chakra of Byakugo might include dark magic like Yin, but the chakra that is stored is nothing different from what they use every day.

Sakura is faster than Neji and has been trained in evasion so Neji won't be able to seal away her chakra points effectively. Furthermore while he can stop her chakra network, the chakra within the seal won't be blocked by a small amount of Neji's chakra considering the Yin Seal stores a much more massive amount of chakra and no Hyuuga has shown the feats to block a chakra point with

stored into it. Furthermore if Byakugou is active, the Yin seal will automatically force chakra to flow around Sakura's body thus that chakra will eventually overpower the chakra that Neji used to seal away Sakura's chakra points much like what

All in all what I'm trying to say is that as long as the Yin seal isn't blocked, the Yin seal will be forcing chakra to the rest of Sakura's chakra network and if it isn't enough, the chakra pressure will keep on building up until the chakra that is used to block Sakura's chakra network can no longer contain the Yin seal's chakra.

So Sakura wins mid difficulty without Katsuyu and low difficulty with Katsuyu.

Now as for the sound who fought 2 jonins,it was still an established fact that jonin>chunins and this fight also happend offscreen without us getting to see how they countered the various abilities of the sound 4 eg: tayuya's sound gen along with sakon's body merge and without feats of how they countered all these abilities we cant assume it was done so just by speed alone since they very could hav had perfect counter's to these abilities plus these two were a team

While the arrows shot by kidomaru as you said were aimed at his blind spot and even could shift its position to intercept that blindspot which again brings us back to the sound 4 vs 2 jonin battle as we never saw how they countered anything,while A>B>C logic cant work as kidomaru's abilities clashed perfect against neji's..
Now as for war neji getting taged by zetsu you were wrong as this was not at the start of the war while u forget to mention that neji was in the CQC faction which means he was fighting for quite some time in CQC as it was apparent in future scans that he was tired because of overuse of his byakugan and all the fighting in cqc as he even fell after trying to save hinata..Trying to use that double jump feat of sakura trying to evade the arm is a null point as kishi drew the exact movement and the distance traveled was shown by comparison we can use this feat to show neji doing a similar feat in terms of reaction/speed
