Considering Neji had deactivated his Byakugan because he believed the fight to be over and as such he didn't see Naruto hiding underground, I find it highly unlikely that the same thing will happen here.

Gentle Fist will do much more than simply slow Sakura down. It'll block her chakra, rendering her unable to use her chakra enhanced strength.

Does he have a feat of dogding a fast chakra arm which was able to catch Naruto clones?

Kidomaru was in CS2 which gave him extra tanking ability along with his porotective armour that can stop chakra along with the fact the neji was on his last legs in the fight..Sakura has none of these and is soft and tender,she dies if neji if hits her in the head or heart as she will obviously be in critical condition and neji can continue to wreck her body internally..i detroyed your point about sakura/kaguya..
