Amaterasu kills her. Also that seal uses up a lot of chakra, if Sasuke kept injuring her eventually she'd run out, or there are other ways of killing her, Sasuke would figure after multiple attempts that she'll heal from normal injuries so he'd cut off her head or something like that.
