The location is obviously in favor for Mei so who can take?

I'd still go with Sakura though. She's got byakugo no jutsu which will regenerate the damage caused by Mei's acidic mist.
Also Sakura can destroy the cave with a punch. :|

A match in this area just screws Mei's chances of winning. Sure, Mei has the Acid Mist, but Byakugo will heal her as she gets burned, long enough for her to finish off Mei, thus cancelling the jutsu. Doing this is even easier since the AoE of her punch pretty much covers the majority of the battle area, and because Sakura has superior speed and reaction feats than Mei.

Mei puts up Acid Mist, Sakura uses Byakugo, punches the ground, and if Mei doesn't die by the shockwave, she gets killed by the follow up hit.

Anyways, mei can make life hell for Sakura by filling the cave with water then using lava (Which hardens quickly in water) To either keep her occupied while she drowns or even ensnare her U_U

She has Byakugou and she was able to regenerate from Madara's Gudodama rod for example. She was also able to physically damage and send flying a Juubi Jin ( the main villain ) using the power of the Byakugou.

2. Byakugou runs out after a few seconds of healing THE WHOLE body.
3. Sakura isn't dodging continuous Lava Globes from point-blank range (Mei managed to fire out like 7 of them in less than 0.5s).
4. A single Suiton pushes her back with ease.

It's obvious. Compare a sword cut to something that desintegrates your WHOLE body second by second. Not to mention Sakura's eyes are gone in an instant.

Lol. Firstly, you posted Lava Apparition, not Lava Globes. Secondly, if you look at the scans you posted, you will notice that your so-called 'dodge' ended up with Karin laying unconscious on the ground. Had Mei wanted her dead, she would've been burnt to crisp.

Yeah, go on and summon Katsuyu just to make her die to Futton - she's much easier target than Sakura after all.

Sakura jumps and tried to punch the ground like she did in your scan? Okay - Mei uses her Water Pillar to erupt masses of water from beneath the ground (that's how the jutsu works - confirmed by 4th databook). and push Sakura up just like she did to Madara and instead of following up with Water Dragon, she ends Sakura with Youton or Concentrated Futton Spit.
