In my opinion there are only 2 ways to continue:

1) Obito will save her and then zetsu will take control over the body

2) Sakura will get raped by the black thing but she will use the fakin seal on her forehead (i dont know name sorry)
, regenerate and kick madara´s ass..

But wait, I forgot that Madara have not ass :-(

I'm hoping Obito somehow manages to save her. It would be a good way to end his life. Fully redeemed. He failed to save Rin but by saving Sakura it might help him finally be at peace.

It's still hard to tell who he's aiming for though, Obito's expression could be because the thing is heading straight for him. Once dead he'll take his eye.

Yes and then who would protect Naruto's body? She knew they were going to try and save him and if she died Naruto would never stand a chance at being revived. Kakashi just barely made the transfer.
