If he can't make a smart clone feint like Naruto and land a Rasengan then he loses.
Clones do matter, he's literally copying Naruto anyway so clones is his main fighting style.he hasn't shown any feats besides making 1 or 2 clones and a dinky rasengan which took him and his clone to do unlike Naruto who only forms it then gets rid of the clone after.

That changes nothing idiot, Natsu is barely different to the Natsu at the 1st chapter.He only has thunder flame and more magic power.

Erza has armors that can counter electric and fire and magic itself, Erza makes Natsu look like fodder so that makes Natsu fodder.
