Konan wins this easily. Paper beats Sakura, Sakura can't stand paper work. All Konan has to do is make Sakura do paper work and she wins.

Konan low-mid diff, both times. Sakura is a taijutsu expert, which just isn't a very good match for someone like Konan, especially if she has full intel. Konan has shown the most aptitude for planning among the members of Akatsuki, and Sakura honestly hasn't shown all that much tactical thinking.

Oh please the only Paper projectile's Konan has shown is paper Shuriken it can be tanked or evaded effortessly and it can't behead so it isn't much of a factor.

Konan uses Shigikami Dance to render physical attacks useless. Konan flies, creates clones to distract Sakura and proceeds to finish off Sakura with paper chakram. I don't see Katsuyu helping a lot. Acid is,countered by explosive paper, and Konans attacks force Katsuyu to split into mini Katsuyus.

Sakura mid-high diff. She can easily outlast Konan. Some random papers aren 't doing shit to someone who can break the bones of a god tier or who can regenerate herself from pretty much everything Konan throws at her.

--she goes airborne and is safe from alll of sakuras attacks, and can then proceed to nuke her off with multiple paper bombs, not to mention that her shikigami helps her counter sakuras physical attacks quite effectively
