I hate how people pair characters with other characters they can obviously beat with like barely any difficulty.

I can see him being that fast. He's proven his speed and databook supports it as well (considering that it's kinda outdated too, his speed might've gone up from 4.5 to 5 till now). Just because he has 0 panel time doesn't mean he couldn't outspeed Sasuke.
But it's a personal opinion so I don't mind that you disagree with me.

If it went up to 10 then we will see the difference in speed, strength and all that jazz . I can not see him out speeding Sasuke either nor blitzing. He does not seem that entirely, fast as in my own opinion, watched him battle in the past.

Im not saying he takes her out. In my opinion speed is really overrated on this site, but it doesn't change the fact he is a whole tier above Sakura in terms of speed.

Kiba and Sasuke are both in the same age. They both trained, and while Sasuke might be more 'gifted' than Kiba, he spent his time focusing on mastering many things: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Eye techniques etc. while Kiba focused on his only fighting style - and it involves high movement speed.
Ofc Kiba is a fodder, but I believe he could keep up in speed with Sasuke.
