I'm not sure Karin could beat a half azz Genin in a fight. I'm not sure she could beat a duck if she had a rifle. Sakura not much of a fighter but she can through a punch.

Definitely Sakura there is no way in hell for karin to win this. Sakura is one of the strongest female chunnin in the leaf village followed by Hinata. And those 2 would both defeat karin in a one on one match up

I can't take this seriously, Karin has sensor abilities and that's it.She was taken out by a mere kick from Danzo.Sakura is a medical ninjutsu expert with monsterous strength and a possibility of being able to use genjutsu which has been hinted at from early on in the series.I mean, how exactly come Karin ever win?
