This won't work. Sakura doesn't just make an antidote on the spot. All she'd know going into battle is that Kankuro has poison in his weapons.

Sakura Goes Yin Seal And Strikes the ground Below obliterating the battlefield completely.The Punch also creates a shock-wave that would probably destroy Kankourou and the debris and gravel flying around would destroy his puppets too.Poison clouds are useless as Sakura has dealt with them before By throwing a explosive tag she can dispell the cloud now that she has yin seal she must be at least a bit more durable.Iron Maiden is useless as Sakura can analyse his movements which she did with sasori who is a much better puppet master than Kankourou.If She gets caught in iron maudlin she destroyed it from the Inside by the striking the weak-part shattering it completely.She can heal the wounds after the Match.
