Sakura slightly edges it, she's experience fighting with and against puppeteers.. She should be able to to evade the traps and she can destroy his puppets too, I'm not factoring in the slug which I don't think would be used.

Doesn't kankuro have sasori as a puppet? Not really sure on this battle, but I'm leaning towards sakura high difficulty.
