No, not really. It simply said the number of bolts is increased to do more damage.
We've seen them do this stuff. Saying Kakuzu is producing 10 bolts at once clearly has zero evidence backing it besides a DB entry stating that the number of bolts can be increased.
Him mastering Raiton doesn't mean he can fire 10 bolts at once.

I gave the limit, Kakuzu going up against things that are larger then humans and still contain water in their bodies is basically easy pickings.....
All of you do realize we haven't even talked about Katon + Fuuton, which regardless of the size would evaporate or shrink down the Katsuyu ....even if he needs to use more then one shot of it
This thing is being over hyped, the acid can be blown away, melted or avoided, as in a forest there are plenty of tree's to hide behind, while his hearts can fly
