Despite Sakura's strength, Ino has shown amazing prowess in this war.

Sakura obviously.

They were around equals in their first fight (although Ino had a slight edge in their battle). Sakura however seems to have grown more than Ino - probably thanks to her training with the Hokage. Most of their past fight was constant punches back and forth, nobody backing down because of their will to win. You can see how that would be a problem now. Chakra control also gives you good speed, and Sakura uses this nicely here:
