Ino cannot defeat Sakura now.

Sakura excels in medical ninjutsu which means she has knowledge of the human anatomy. She knows how and where to cripple you effectively. She also have super strength which means one hit and you're dead.

Ino's mind techniques are more of a support type of ninjutsu. Shikamaru has stated before that it's not practical to use it in 1v1 combat. If you miss then it takes a couple minutes for your mind to return to your body. If she fumbles and gives Sakura this opening then she is dead. No question about it.
