She has better chakra controll/alot of strength, a better medic a smarter

Ino has her mind transfer but it doesn't work on sakura

Sakura put up a good fight vs sasori, But when kakashi was fighting hidan and kakuzu Ino just stood there being useless and getting in the way

I say Sakura.

Ino's Mind Transfer thing is too slow, and I don't think Ino is willing to cut her hair again to trap her.

If Ino doesn't do the Mind Transfer thing all she has left is to fight hand to hand, and Sakura beats her in Taijutsu.

ino is all but useless the only jutsu i have seen from her is mind transfer and that is really only good with her combo with shikamaru plus sakara is way stronger in hand to hand and chaka control and well everything really its a one sided fight no contest now if you said team 7 with sai agianst team ten that could be more interesting
