Actually Ino's mind transfer can be very, very powerful when used correctly as seen when she was able to take over Obito twice but in a 1vs1 match like this where Sakura even knows about the technique I'd give it to her. She'd get destroyed in a taijutsu fight IMO. She dishes out far more damage and has actually shown to get the first "real" blow on Ino in their P1 fight if I'm correct.
