The thing is, that, even with the current skills, Sakura still takes it. Ino's jutsu is for spying, not battle. Remember Pein Arc?
Also, they were even back in part 1, but Sakura has tremendously improved since then.
That punch she gave Ino in Part 1, could be, now, fatal.
Not underestimating Ino, but her signature Jutsu couldn't help her too much in a 1 vs 1 situation.
She's better in team, proved by her importance in the Ino-Shika-Cho.

Eh Ino's jutsu has the potential to be fatal, but its only used for spying, while Sakura's strength could be dangerous and then she could heal her wounds.
The battle is more in Sakura's favor. It's like having a stealth unit fight against the medics.
