OT: Sakura wins low dif. Katsuyu makes it a stomp. No Katsuyu will probably be mid dif for Sakura to win. I mean, just the damage she does punching the ground seems like enough to take her down. Not trying to underrate Hinata, but I just think the damage would solo her, or at least knock her out or even tire her trying to escape which would only make it easier for Sakura. But that's just my thoughts.

She always admitted Sakura defeats Hinata at the beginning, but she always find the way to change her mind, by giving Hinata fictional power ups she doesn't have, like Rotation, or giving Gentle Fist imaginary feats, like being capable of killing Katsuyu, Air palm capable sealing off Byakugou or disrupting the targets chakra network, the chakra shroud before Kaiten capable of stopping CES, etc...
