Orochimaru has never been a speed king
the 1st and the 2nd are totally featless speedwise outside thundergodslash but tobirama couldn't use it because he was a weakened version
hinata with suprior taijutsu dodges everything and stops sakura's chakra flow

Orochimaru was able to keep up with the 4 tailed Kyuubi.

How can Hinata stop Sakura's chakra flow when she can't even TOUCH her?

Hinata needs more than two hits not only that . She doesnt have deadly attack if she block chakra .sakura still can fight with her raw power like with zetsu .if she uses air palm sakura cam focus her chakra into the ground than heal herself .

That if hinata land a hit . But sakura is faster and can boost her speed make her attack first . And if sakura landed a hit on hinata game is over .

Hinata has 2, 5 points in speed, Sakura has 3. She is as fast as the old Hiruzen, who was able to dodge Orochimaru's, the Shodaime's and the Nidaime's attacks.

Her strength without chakra is rated a three ... she is not doing anything with that Besides there are other ways to finish sakura

Just because someone is the same rate as someone does not mean that they are exactly on par -_- Itachi and oro are exactly the same in genjutsu? .. need i say more .

If you want to o by the databook where Sakura gets a huge boost of stats for knowing medical ninjutsu, and knowledge over pointless shit that she has never even bothered to use in a fight ( not that it would be useful aneyways) then by all means believe sakura wins but if you want to man up and go by feats hinata clearly wins

She was able to be on par with Part1 neji in terms of attack speed who may still be faster then sakura ..

Ehh, without the power up Sakura would have a hard time dealing with Hinata. I'd say Hinata would win mid to high diff mainly because she is a close range fighter first, meanwhile Sakura has trained a majority of her time in the medical arts. Hinata would have to be wary though, a single chakra punch from Sakura would deal crushing damage to her.

With the powerup? Same rules apply for the most part. Only this time Sakura doesn't have to get into AS close of range. Punching the ground and causing some fissure to open up and rock chunks flying everywhere dealt with the Juubi-clones. It could deal with Hinata or atleast give her significant harm.

And on uneven ground, I don't think her taijutsu is too effective. Not only would foot work and such be an issue now, but Sakura also has "ammo" in the form of large rocks to toss Hinata's way. And a punch from Sakura now is deadly, 100% confirmed. Meanwhile you could argue that before hand characters could survive it.

So, in the second scenario I'd say Sakura mid diff.

she has to poke her forehead and that's all
4tk Kyuubi wasn't that fast
it was nowhere near close to any 6+tk one's level
and Hinata's taijutsu is still better

Well, thing is, with her recent power up Sakura doesnt even need to punch Hinata directly, it would be enough if she punched the ground with Hinata nearby.

Everybody has to put chakra to their feet, its second hand nature especially when climbling trees/standing on water
Sakura hasn't made a clone since chapter 3, and those are not even shadow clones so byakugan can thru it
