Sakura is the better ninja, but i think she looses against Hinata.
Sakura is pretty fast as well, but not for the offensive. She can dodge a lot, but not fast enough against 64-hit-combo.
Hinata is way better in Taijutsu and can easy dodge sakuras attacks. But if Sakura should land a hit, it's over for her.
