Actually Hinata can't close chakra points as of yet (or she might be able to, but we don't know for sure). The closing of the opening points are one of the reasons that Neji was hailed as a genius in Part 1. Hyuugas are naturally good at close quarter combat with gentle fist, but Neji took it to the next level and made it near suicide to engage in that type of combat with him.

Given that, I think that Sakura could beat them individually, but not together. Ino is bound to have some medical knowledge, while they can both cover each other so they don't fall into a trap and get 1 shot.
