Hidan is immortal. He basically never tires out. Byakogou chakra is limited and it decreases the lifespan of the user because cells can only divide for a limited time in 1 lifetime.

What? Sakura tanks any attacks from the Scythe easily, and it's not like Hidan is actually going to be able to blitz and decapitate Sakura(only way he has of putting her down) because he has no speed feats to suggest that he can. Sakura shits on him.
