But 3 years has passed since that in Narutoverse, Sakura grew a lot in these years, so her skills improved a lot, without mention her powerups.
While Hidan is stuck in a hole, so his skills stay the same they were.

Besides, Sakura doesn't need speed to break the ritual circle in the floor, one strike to the ground will do it easily.
Without saying Hidan is kind of stupid, while Sakura has proven to be one of the smartest shinobis in Narutoverse (ask for scans if you really can't remember any feats of her).
So Sakura is unmatched in both intelligence and power in this fight.
