I'm not sure about that. Even Manda barely dodged it. Not to mention even the mini Katsuyu can use acid. So Hidan won't be able to dodge her acid which can come from god knows how many directions.

Manda is a huge target the acid, splits up Its not that hard to enter the spots in which they won't be falling when your small
