Obviously she isn't slow, but compared to most high level jounin/kage level fighters, she is. She was outmanoeuvred by Omoi in a taijutsu fight, and she has a measly 3 in the databook(databook is inaccurate, but she doesn't have any speed feats to back her up) There aren't any kage level fighters slower than she is, with the possible exception of gaara.(but he's a stationary fighter...)

Tenten is fastest girl from k11 according to DB, Sakura has 3 and she has 3,5. Makes sense as her teammates are fast. Sakura would be the fastest after Lee, Neji, Kiba, Tenten and Sai if he counts.

You have to know how stupid that is.A jutsu that annihilate a village couldn't hurt katsuya but black lightning will?Furthurmore, Sakura is better than everyone not name Hashi or Tsunade when it comes to healing, so that one thing besides chakra control she's better than Darui.You can also add strength to the list seeing as no one beside Tsunade has shown to be stronger.And being faster than a shinobi doesn't make it easier for you to land an attack.Madara prove that against Minato and Naruto.Sakura is incredibly evasive, proven by her fight with Sasori.If she can dodge Sasori puppets and the black sand from the third kazekage puppet, then she can dodge Darui's attacks.
