I think this is an interesting match-up. Power house vs. Power house.

I think Sakura can probably take this. If Choji goes super expansion mode he'll be an easy target for her ground smashing punches.

Depends whether Sakura's Yin seal gives her regeneration on par with Tsunade. Chouji can fly with his wings so Sakura will have to jump to get to Chouji. On the other hand, in midair, Sakura is vulnerable to getting slapped back down. If Sakura and Chouji trade blows, Chouji will survive due to his immense size and only his fist will get damaged whereas Sakura can only survive if she can regenerate.
