i don't belive one punch on the groung can kill chiyo. her taijutsu was impresive andshe is good at jump around. shakura seems no problem her. By using Three Jewels Suction Crushing jutsu she can't escape, it will suck her in and crush her. and the puppet that can shot out the long extending cables coiled in its skull that can pierce numerous enemies at a time. most of chiyo attack are long rang attack. the only problem here is katsu. but Chiyo goal is to kill sakura so she will focus atack on sakura while jump around. if some how katsu attack chiyo with acid she cansacrifice other puppet so the acid won't come close to her. she also have a sealing chakra jutsu.
