Well Initial part 2 Sakura didn't have byakuguo or summoning jutsu so unless you use currentl Sakura here's no reason to say that. Yes she has been saving chakra for years but she didn't used it or summoning unless currently so naturally you wouldn't count it because we don't know if she was good at it at the time (beginning of Shippuden).

I had to add it , otherwise Feemefatale would appear and say that Sakura would awaken the seal in the middle on the fight or some BS like that.
