asuma's loss to hidan was because of a freak ability of his that requires nothing but a drop of blood... and thats it... hidan wasnt half the shinobi asuma was without the freak ability to curse ppl... sakura did nothing more than support chiyo in the fight with sasori... nothing ... more... and once again, sakura is a great medical ninja and that is about where it ends... all of her fighting skills are, is huge strength, and some booby traping ability... but its done on such an amature lvl that it is barely useful... the best attack i ve seen out of her came from the snow movie where she used the explosive tag blossom attack, and havnt seen anything that good or better from her since... she would stand no chance against asuma

ppl keep comparing sakura and chiyo's fight to asuma's fight, when in reality, asuma would not have lasted as long as sakura if it were him and chiyo. sakura in reality, would've broken all of hidan's bones if he were alone., no matter if he got blood or not. she'd destroy his bones so he couldn't move lol admit it ppl. asuma was a majorrrr disappointment. hell, even kurenai would've done better
