Can 4 Tails Naruto survive the punch? That is my only question.

Is Sakura fast enough to even hope to hit him?

I think he can survive a punch because Orochimaru wasn't able to pierce his skin with his legendary weapon, but 2-3 punches should be enough to KO or at least injure him.

4 Tails has literally no spectacular speed feats. It's his chakra arms that moved around mostly. If she starts with a punch, then she might injure him. I don't think she has the speed to dodge the chakra arms though. They seem quick.

WTF IS THIS?! Part 1 Base Naruto stomps Sakura with no diff at all! Let alone Part 4 Tail Naruto....

4 Tails has literally no spectacular speed feats. It's his chakra arms that moved around mostly. If she starts with a punch, then she might injure him. I don't think she has the speed to dodge the chakra arms though. They seem quick.
