I think Sakura could win since she's a genjutsu type and therefore probably able to break out of 3T genjutsu (Katsuyu could break her out if she can't do it on her own). And katons/suitons could be tanked.

Then it would be Itachi, at least mid-high difficulty. Depends on how fast Itachi is at decapitating Sakura and maybe if Katsuyu gets summoned, Sakura could win, but Itachi wouldn't let that happen.

Itachi no-dif. If Sakura could land a hit on him he would be in trouble, but that's the point Sakura's striking speed is slow af. 3tomoe gen paralyses her and then he stabbed her multiple time. If Oroc couldn't do shirt Sakura has no chance. ​

^^ This. MS Sharingan genjutsu are the strongest genjutsu in existence. Those who have MS can control humans and tailed beasts like puppets.

Some people say Tsunade can break out of tsukoyomi hahahaha

Itachi wins this. Sakura will not be breaking out of the genjutsu for the reason that she must first realize she is in it. Which, in Itachi's genjutsu isn't entirely possible.

Didn't really solo them, considering how easily they broke out. If Sasuke weren't there, Itachi would just use clones on standby to break him out. Sasuke probably didn't know how to break out of it by himself, so Itachi decided that the quickest way to get out would be looking into each other's eyes.

ot: Itachi wins. Sakura is strong for a kunoichi, but Itachi in any form is just a bad match-up for her.

Itachi humiliated a specialized genjutsu user like Kurenai by reversing her own jutsu on her. That means his 3T genjutsu is far above anything Sakura has faced in her life.

Why isn't it possible? It's not like the reality genjutsu was something particular. Even chunin level ninjas could use it in part1. The capacity to notice it only depends on your analytical abilities, something in which Sakura was showed to be the best back in part1. [

Her analytical mind can break her free from Kurenai's genjutsu, not Itachi's. Sharingan genjutsu are much more stronger than ordinary genjutsu
