I wouldn't say that to be honest. Weaker, possibly, but not far weaker. At this point, she's only missing katsuya to pretty much have tsunade's arsenal. But, She most likely was given a summoning contract for katsuya.

She is missing more than just that.
Sakura's combat skills aren't close to tsunades, Overall tsunades medical ninjutsu is still better.

Sakura might almost have tsunades combat arsenal (well what we've seen of it, I think she hasn't shown it all such as Ninjutsu and so on). But she still isn't close to being on tsunades level.
It will take more that a Sudden jump in strength.

Notice Sakura, hasn't even claimed to have passed Tsunade yet. Her chakra reserves are significantly lower. Also hole in the clone< Hole in Madara

The Byakugou isn't the seal's name. It's a jutsu, which activates when Tsunade releases the Yin seal.

I didn't say it was the seals name. The jutsu she stored up chakra for 3 years to use is most likely Byakugo..

-She stored it up for 3 yrs.
-Then she released it.

The difference is that when Sakura uses hers, the seal appears on her head but with Tsunade it extends around her body, but the fact remains that Sakura actiavated this jutsu using the same method Byakugo is activated with.

-Gather chakra into one spot.
-Release that chakra.

Also Hyakugo? I doubt its a real thing. Sounds to similar to Byakugo.
