I'm getting a feeling that because Sakura's character didn't end well she is getting underrated in match ups and in terms of feats and power.

being only a fodder 2014 member, I'll give you some leeway here.

Sakura has always been hated on the base because of her character. not just because it ended badly, it has always been bad.

and shes just a weaker version of tsunade. of course she gets stomped by any decent tier opponents, she hasn't got a single jutsu besides summoning.

She fluffed up too many times (most recently when she had the oppertunity to destroy the Rinnegan but paused; leading to the Infinite Tsukuyomi), she always needed to be rescued and kept chasing after a dude who was not interested - and had shown he was not interested. Plus as correctly stated, cannot perform much Jutsu other than her Summoning Jutsu.

I do give her props for growing tho. However, by the time she had grown, her Team members had 'evolved' to the next level... and still had to rescue her again.

Her character outside Sasuke is actually pretty good lots of dimensions and comedic moments but people always have to see the flaws instead of the the accomplishments that's the logic on this base.

To be honest Tsukyomi would of happened anyway due to plot and no wonder she paused she accepted him as a comrade and he saved Naruto's life she can't hurt him all of a sudden.

She could easily use Katsuyu to heal her teammates instead of her seeing Katsuyu is a faster approach and is very durable.
She could easily just boost or replenish the chakra of her teammates increasing there attack power.
