That's a tough one....because it's tsunade, probably Tsunade and Sakura. Tsunade's gone up against Chiyo on the battlefield before and would have an idea of what to expect. I'm not one hundred percent on this though....this is just my highly uncertain conclusion.

sakura is highly trained in evasion and poison. all she needs is hinata to breath or get scratched and it is OVER.
databook states sakura is faster than hinata and more intelligent. sakura is the most intelligent of the 4 kunoichi chunin and would know all about the hyuga style.
hinata needs many strikes to put sakuras organs down. she cant close off sakuras chakra.
sakura will get hinata off guard with a substitution feint then throw her poison gas bombs.
